Since September 2024, I’ve been part of the commercial team at Aerofilm as a Sales Manager. What gives me energy is discovering what a customer truly needs and translating that into practical, technical advice. The best part is working together to find a solution both sides can be proud of.

No request is ever the same. That diversity is exactly what makes the work so interesting. It’s great to see how our air caster technology can be applied across so many different industries—from manufacturing to high-tech. Every customer has a unique challenge, and it’s rewarding to play a role in solving it.

What makes it even more special is the team I work with. We support each other whenever needed, and everyone brings their own strengths to the company. That collaboration is what makes us stronger together than we could ever be alone.

Some highlights so far? The team trip to Dublin, where we had an unforgettable weekend with colleagues and partners. And the open day was just as memorable. It gave us the chance to proudly show friends and family what we do every day.
