Jacco van den Munckhof

As an all-round team member, I feel most comfortable when I’m working on a bit of everything. Since October 2023, I’ve been part of Aerofilm, where I handle work preparation, cutting, CNC operations, assembly, small maintenance jobs and testing of cushions and connections. No day is the same and that’s exactly why this role suits me.

That variety also shows in the projects I’ve worked on. My favorite so far? Without a doubt, Sandvik in Finland. For a mining truck production line, we built and installed an air caster system on location. It was an impressive project to be a part of.

Other projects also stand out. Like the tuggers used in a test facility in Turkey, where air casters made it possible to move heavy objects smoothly. Or the rough, heavy-duty turntable solution we built for NKT in Germany. A job that was all about getting it done.

What motivates me? Results. I want to see what I’ve built or contributed to at the end of the day. That’s what gives me satisfaction.

A great memory is the team trip to Dublin in 2024 to celebrate Aerofilm’s 40th anniversary. It was a perfect mix of fun, connection, and pride in what we’re building together.
