One journey, two partners, one shared ambition

Last month, Mark and Steve Farley – who run our US sales office – travelled together with our team to Türkiye and Belgium. The goal: strengthening our collaboration with FADA and Actemium (formerly AVT Europe), both experienced machine builders and long-term partners.

FADA and Actemium integrate our air caster technology into their custom-built transport systems. By combining their expertise with our knowledge of Air caster solutions, we help customers worldwide with smarter, safer and more flexible transport solutions.

FADA: strong mechanical expertise from Türkiye

At the headquarters, the full program focused on refining integrations with air casters. FADA has been using our technology for years, implementing it intelligently within their transport systems. They build robust, reliable machines and understand what it takes to stand out in competitive markets.

During the visit we:

  • reviewed ongoing projects at different stages
  • tested new combinations of transport solutions using air caster technology
  • exchanged insights about challenges and opportunities in the American market

For Mark and Steve, it was valuable to see how projects take shape in Türkiye.

“The way FADA thinks and works fits perfectly with what our customers need,” Steve says. “Fast response, solid engineering and no unnecessary complications.”

Actemium / AVT Europe: precision and automation in Belgium

After Türkiye, the team visited Actemium (formerly AVT Europe) in Essen. Here too, everything revolves around building transport systems for heavy loads. With decades of experience, they push the boundaries of what is technically possible. An Actemium machine truly represents the highest level of engineering.

What stood out during the visit:

  • their high standards for precision and safety
  • their experience with (extremely) complex integrations in production environments
  • their ability to solve the most challenging questions with the highest level of quality

With rapid developments in the high-tech industry, Actemium delivers solutions that meet the requirements of even the most demanding customers.

“Many US customers want more than movement alone,” Mark explains. “They look for systems that adapt to their processes. And that is exactly what we see here.”

Why this trip matters for our customers in the US

Demand from the US market is growing fast. Not only for air casters, but for fully integrated systems. By standing on the work floor with FADA and Actemium, we can:

  • better identify which solutions fit US expectations
  • shorten communication lines between engineering, production and sales
  • help partners understand the specific requirements of the American industry
  • speed up and streamline project execution

This collaboration strengthens our position in the US — not by building bigger machines, but by working smarter across borders.

More than technology: trust between teams

Beyond the technical discussions, there was plenty of room for conversations about projects, challenges, ideas and expectations for the years ahead. The strength of partnership lies not only in technology, but in trust and mutual understanding.

That was true in Türkiye, in Belgium, and in the conversations with our US team.
That combination is what moves our collaboration forward — and ultimately delivers the most value to our customers.
