Air caster transport

The right drive, a smart choice.

Machine manufacturers

When moving engines, machines, transformers or other weights heavier than 10.000 kg, we recommend that you do not manually move the mass. Those are heavy weights and must always be well controlled. We recommend working with a drive, especially to keep control. This can be done with a forklift, or our Air tugger, which can easily control weights up to  80.000 kg.

Looking for a Air caster transporter?

Production line

When relocation is a permanent part of production, transporters with the technology built in can be used. You are then no longer dependent on the availability of your forklift and you can also move larger weights. In various industries, especially with assembly manufacturing, this is a popular solution. The product is then processed on a pallet, which is moved from one station to another with an air mover.

Partners

To help customers find the best possible solution, we work closely with carefully selected partners that have knowledge of automation and machine construction to complement our knowledge of air casters. When entering a partnership, we also look at the structure of the service body, so that we can provide our customers with adequate support, anywhere in the world.

It goes without saying that we also support and train our partners with the knowledge of our product, so the integration of our air casters in the air-mover runs smoothly.
