When heavy and sensitive equipment needs to be moved in a cleanroom or where food is produced, Cleanroom casters are the way to go. These Air casters have been used for many years to support critical moves because of the size or weight, the load capacity or the environment.
Aerofilm cleanroom caster benefits:
- Limited vortexes. This Air caster has the lowest air consumption per pound and is designed to reduce vortexes to an absolute minimum. Walking through the room creates more vortexes than this Air caster.
- Focused. The air blown into the caster is easily controlled, preventing particles from being blown around the room.
- Stainless steel. Constructed from the highest quality materials, mainly stainless steel (AISI 316).
- Wear-free. Our high-quality Polyurethane Air casters prevent damage. Cleanroom Air casters can also be coated to reduce friction even further.
- Vibration-free. This is especially important with sensitive equipment.
- Wide range. From 200 kg (200 mm/ 1 bar) to 12.000 kg (900 mm/ 2 bar).
- Floor loading. Air casters do not have a point or line load on the floor, which makes it possible to move larger weights in your cleanroom.
